    The entire emphasis of the last two Governments has been to further the lot of big business. This must end if Britain is to prosper. We need strong, responsible TGrade Unions – and managenent that understands the importance of communication and consensus.

    British management seems to believe that ‘rank gives right’. It does not – it gives responsibilty, and I speak as a former Human Resource Director
